Terms & Conditions

By submitting this form, you confirm your agreement with the following terms and conditions and enter into a legally binding agreement with Choice Marketing Ltd.


Booking Confirmation

  • Submission of this form constitutes a confirmed booking.

  • A confirmation email will be issued following submission.

  • If confirmation is not received within one hour, please contact conference@choice-marketing.co.uk.

  • Choice Marketing Ltd cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of communications due to incorrect contact details or spam filtering.

 

Exhibition Space

  • Exhibition space is limited and allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis.

  • Stand bookings are only secured upon full payment.

  • Choice Marketing Ltd reserves the right to release unpaid exhibition space.

  • Stand positioning and layout remain at the discretion of Choice Marketing Ltd.

  • Specific location requests cannot be guaranteed.

 

Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to conference@choice-marketing.co.uk.

  • Cancellations must be received before 31st July 2026.

  • Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

  • Non-attendance does not release you from payment obligations.

  • No refunds will be given for unused accommodation, catering or exhibition space.

 

Event Alterations

Choice Marketing Ltd reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel the event where necessary.

If cancelled by Choice Marketing Ltd, liability will be limited to booking fees paid. Choice Marketing Ltd accepts no responsibility for travel, independently booked accommodation or consequential losses.

Security & Liability

 

Security & Liability 
The event is held within a hotel venue with public access.

  • Exhibitors and attendees are responsible for their own belongings.

  • Choice Marketing Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal or exhibition materials.

 

Photography & Media

Photography and filming may take place throughout the event.

By attending, you consent to images and footage being used for promotional and marketing purposes relating to the event and its partners.

If you prefer not to appear in media content, please inform the organisers on arrival.

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this event and related communications.
